This Salix certified designed (RPEQ) 3-way turnout is for Maryborough Service Delivery Center upgrade operated by Downer EDI. Turnout is supplied to size of 1-8, R129, narrow gauge 41kg Rail with Embedded Slab Track. Following are the scope of supply.
- Supply of materials of All steel works including
- Switch Sets
- Frog’ crossings
- Closure rails
- Fastenings and turnout bearers to suit embedded track system
- Mechanical switch system for 3-way turnout
- Provide a procedure/ sequence for installation
- Full set of installation drawings
- Operational and maintenance document
- Maximise of site assembly for delivery components. Rails are not to be welded (bolted and spliced)
- Provide assembly support
